HARRA Organization & Bylaws

HARRA is chartered by the State of Texas as a charitable organization and reports to the IRS under the provisions of 501.3(c) (EIN 74-0041210 under the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) group exemption #2702). Charitable contributions to HARRA are tax deductible.
